I doubt that he is talking about HOW he fights, but the OUTCOME of the fight. You may have misunderstood the poster.

take floyds wee wee out of your mouth and bring on the hate MAFIA!!!!
NO. Castillo was hitting an arm and getting countered with right uppercuts. Thats why he lost. You get NO POINTS for hitting the arm and flush counters = BIG POINTS.

Cotto outboxed Mosley because Mosley was 1-shotting. Mayweather doesn't fight with a rhythm. Cotto wont be able to time anything.

Cotto has the potential to KO Floyd. However, its a slim chance that he will because Mayweather never sits still at mid-range. And when in the pocket, his arm is covering his body. Cotto is effectively neutralized.

I know what you getting at but in the first fight Floyd had an injury but no excuses it was still very close due to Floyd winning the first 5-6 rounds.

I don't know how you could say Cotto is better on the inside because Castillo was one of the best inside fighters you could get, you saw Floyd in the second fight he did really well so it is obvious he learned a lot of how to deal with inside fighters when he faced Castillo.

Cotto wouldn't outbox Mayweather, so like you said his tactic would have to be getting in there and trying to work him down from the opening bell... but I think its easier said than done... he will find Floyd hard to hit because like I said he has great defense and learned a lot from that fight.

In MY opinion I think Floyd would outbox Cotto and beat him by decision, MAYBE late TKO but I doubt it... obviously you just have a different opinion though and that's it.

Cotto would have to break down Floyd's body. Floyd's body aint neva been broken down. Cotto is slow on his feet. Floyd has better defense and is very elusive.

Cotto would have to solve a bunch of different puzzles to beat Mayweather, and that aint happening...

Probably wont KO him, but a TKO is very well possible due the accumulation of very accurate punches.

you are right. As I stated, I don't think that he could KO with ONE PUNCH. But a TKO with an accumulation of accurate punches. Also, the triangular theory doesn't always work. I have learned thats why they FIGHT the fights.
