Miguel Cotto would KO Floyd Mayweather

Floyd hasnt fought anyone worthwhile at 147 man. and hes on a long layoff. its done for him now.

I'm not looking too far into the layoff...he kept in the gym and sparred regularly while he was away. I know that's not the same as actually being in the ring but any ring rust he has will be away in the Marquez fight. He retired in his prime and I expect him still to be in his prime when he gets back. If you look at his fights he has never been in a grueling fight which takes a toll on your body, so his ring age is very low.

Arum would LOVE to have a fighter than could beat Floyd..but he KNOWS he doesn't.

Cotto beating Floyd would be HUGE,that helps Top Rank and enriches Arum..

Nobody? Is not like he is Prime Pernell Whitaker in the defensive department and every defence has a soft spot the problem is Floyd has get to face strong enough competition for us to find where that soft spot is.

He's not a Sweet Pea or Willie Pep defensively but he's still got an outstanding defense. That can't be denied. The style he has it's highly unlikely he gets KO'd by any welterweight. If these fights do come off which I doubt, the over/under odds will reflect this.

I am not nuts. I wont believe the majority because their fighter lost, its used as an excuse, a crutch. The better man won THAT NIGHT. I have not seen ENOUGH PROOF to discredit the man for beating Miguel Cotto..end of story.

I box too and cant stress enough how important a good guard is, i get pissed watching fighters fight with thier hands down cuz its ******ed but Defense is important when speaking in general about boxing for the sake of having a future career. hear this styles makes fights and this one goes to Cotto and Shane vs Mayweather

First off, I am not hating. I have never HATED on Miguel Cotto. So calm down with that non sense. Ask ANY poster on here that knows me man. Margo was fought cheating in his fight with SHANE...there is NO proof that he did it against Miguel. Quit using that as a crutch, the better man WON THAT NIGHT.
