You see Floyd fans no one is hating on Floyd. I think he is a very good boxer but I don't get the hype around him because he never fights the TOP guys in his division. Sure he beat De La hoya (was past his prime) and Hatton (Good but really got over hyped) those guys are not that great. Still are very good wins and he deserves credit for them.

For the fight I think Cotto is just better and presents trouble for Floyd. Cotto can do everything in the ring he can box, brawl, go inside and out, counter and sure his defence is suspect at times but he is much better than people give him credit for on defence and he can take punches from the biggest punchers in the sport and stay on his feet.

I think it will be a very tough fight for both fighters but i think Cotto wins by KO.

The same goes by the people who make ****** duck threads 24/7, I aint saying its all to blame on one person, just saying it shouldn't be put in every thread... I have said before that nut huggers and haters are just as bad as each other.

As for the not the best in the division, he has faced top opponents during his reign, he fought great fighters that were his own size at super featherweight, lightweight, etc. so you can't go round acting like he hasn't fought the best, also some people thought Hatton could beat PBF and once PBF beat him he was called overrated by some, just like Baldomir. I aint defending I am just saying we gotta be fair.

In fairness, Cotto's defense is probably a bit underrated, just like Floyd's power... but in my opinion Floyd will be just too classy and smart for Cotto and box him to a decision.

Either way, I do want to see a Cotto, Pacquiao and Mosley fight just as much as anyone... they would be great fights and would be perfect names to add to Floyd legacy if he can pull it off in all 3 fights...
