Prime Tyson best ever, unbeatable, whoops everyone = Deluded fantasy of fan-bois who can't get past their syncophantic hero worship.

That being said, Tyson wins 6 out 10 in this matchup: Not because he's unbeatable but because he's marginally better than Lewis who ALSO isn't the best Heavyweight ever.

That's a crazy thing to say. "That idiot Dempsey" as you call him is in the top 10 of most Heavyweght ATG lists, and most rank him a lot higher than Tyson overall.

Jack Johnson is rated by many experts as the greatest defensive boxer of all time. He's gets in the top 10 of most ATG P4P lists.

I have a bunch of upper tier HW's rated higher than Tyson and Dempsey isn't one of them. Might want to check out his resume and tell us why you think Dempsey is rated higher.

Dempsey didn't go near 40-0 in his career, and his competition wasn't as good. (which is pretty bad because Tyson's competition is considered average at best).
