Cotto/Mosley will be FOOLS to go below 145
That's right! He truly brings money but right now the elite fighters are WW. What would happen if any elite welterweight wants to accept the Roach conditions? What interesting fight is left for Pacquiao?

Cotto and Mosley are jokes and get no respect from real boxing fans by picking on a jr WW who officially weighed 138 lbs in his last fight when they can balloon up to MW on fight night.

That way, there will be no excuses.
Cotto and Mosley should fight at Pac's best weight 140 lbs so that there will be no excuses.

Pac officially weighed 138 lbs against hatton. Mosley/Cotto vs. Pac is a mismatch. if they don't like the catchweight they can fight themselves and stop picking on pac.

Roach is my favourite trainer, but he's being un realistic and over the top here.

You can't say all this when you let your fighter gain the most weight from one fight, 135 to 142, then show no willingness to go so high again.

If it's safety as the excuse, then why allow that, and why use the money and name thing as an excuse, doesn't make sense.

He's now heavier and more accustom to such a weight so it should be even less of a problem. With Arum saying Manny is the draw against Floyd and should get 60%, it's getting a little tiring. Stop winging, excusing and exaggerating.

I wish the orgs would refuse to sanction any title fight contracted for less than the weight limit of that division.
you have a point. just talking about that it is possible.

hey for me i think pac would be a live dog against both cotto or mosley even at 147.

he won't be favored but pac will have a shot.

this is just bs talk from freddie anyway. he's just trying to get whatever advantage he can get.

when push comes to shove , manny would fight floyd , cotto or shane at 147.

i don't really think manny cares where and who he fights. all the concessions and stuff being asked for is from roach and arum.

pac officially weighed 138 lbs to fight hatton. when was the last time cotto and mosley weighed 138 lbs?

cotto and mosley should be fighting each other not trying to get a fight w/ pac.

That's what I say. Beat them at their best and beat them in the ring, not on the scales.

that is excessive and theres no way you can deny that its to beat them before they step into the ring....and floyd gave up at least 15-20 pounds to gatti, baldomir, and dlh yet beat them all for titles....

                      Diaz fight, right?

Fight was at 135 and Pac showed up by fight-time at 147. That's also why Pac told Freddie they are moving up after this fight against Diaz.

It's crazy that he out-grows divisions so quick.
