Am I wrong in thinking that Hopkins has turned Pavlik into a scared man, his last opponent wasn't a bad fighter but he's not fighting at the same top level he used too like the Jermain Taylor's etc.

Seems to me that Pavlik is scared of fighting people at the top level anymore so he's fighting C/B class fighters instead. Don't think we'll see this fight to be honest...

mora has just been given a shot at the MW title and you expect him to polietly decline and get out of the way for other fighters? he might never get another shot at the title and hes againts a guy who doesn't do so well against slick and elusive fighters, heck hes never had a chance like this before and you expect him to turn it down?!?!

as for the AA and pavlik fight, arum is delaying the fight and waiting till AA outgrows the division. AA should come to some sort of agreement and try and make the fight at a catchweight - that guy is a huge MW and fighting at 160 right now is doing him more harm than good.

good point by big daddy that pavlik has said that he could have fought which makes me think that Arum is definently trying to milk the mora fight and wait till AA either has to move up or it becomes too hard for him to make 160.

Arum has basically wasted Pavlik's 2009.

I doubt AA will be able to make 160 for much longer. I don't think this fight will ever happen.
