Who is better Mosley or Cotto?

Depends on what you mean by "better". Mosley has the better career assessment, and still retains some of his skill set at an age where most Boxers lose it all. You also have to consider his age, and what he is still able to do. Mosley man handled plaster loaded Margarito in a way that the younger Cotto couldn't.

Cotto, however, was able to hang with a tough vet like Mosley, and come out with the win. He proved he belongs in the top echelon of the fight game. In order to judge who has the better skill set, a rematch is needed. Only then can you make an accurate judgment.

Mosley is. I thought he got robbed against Cotto when they fought. I've seen worse decisions but the way that fight was both judged and reffed was shady. I remember of where Mosely and landed a right hand on Cotto in the 10th round and Benji Estevez broke up the action to wipe up a wet spot. That gave time for Cotto to recover. I was able to find 6 other rounds for Mosley easily. I didn't have Cotto goggles on to judge the fight. The punchstat in the power dept. favored Mosely. I'm not a Cotto hater by any means, but I think he has a lot of biased fans.

Whether Cotto got hit with clay hands, or not was never proven by way of evidence. So I can't say that Margarito cheated on that fight with certainty. Very easy to suspect though, I'll give you that.

Cotto was hitting Margarito with everything but the kitchen sink, and he still was coming forward. If anything, Margarito must have had plaster in his jaw that night. Margarito tried to do that with old man Mosley, and got papi whipped. I do hope a rematch happens, I know it would make both parties happy.

I feel you but also getting hit with plaster your going to start feeling tired and lose energy so your punches are not going to be as hard as they were the first couple rounds with mosley he wasnt able to hit him that much but it was the plasterless one and he was unable to take sugars stamina away with cotto it was completely different
