Who is better Mosley or Cotto?

Mosley is better than Cotto IMO no question about it. I scored their first fight a draw, and Mosley has beaten the much better competition. The difference is Mosley Has proven that he was the MAN as in the best at three different weight classes 135, 147, and 154 at different periods, whereas Cotto could not solidify himself as the top 140lber or the best welterweight. When you couple that with the fact that Cotto was TKOed by Margarito (forget the plaster rumors nothing was seen in the Cotto fight), whereas Mosley annihilated Margarito and made him look like a little boy then can you see that Mosley is a better fighter than Cotto.

I scored it 7-5 cotto but he won most of the rounds he won convincingly while the rounds mosley won were close rounds also b4 cotto got tired he was outboxing mo0sley and beating him to the punch all night cotto the better fighter just the haters just dont like to admit it

No, it wouldn't. Maybe if they both fought in their primes, it would, but that's not possible. So you have to go by that Mosley was a BEAST in his prime and almost beat the younger fighter even at 37

Exactly! Mosley knew he lost that fight or he thought he should have did a better job. Mosley beat a unplastered Marg....**** I could do that! I am not disrespecting the man, he is a good boxer, but a better boxer...ahum...Cotto beat him.

Gotta be a rematch to decide that. Cotto didn't beat him clearly enuf to show he's the better man. This is why if he beats Clottey, he should forget lil Pac and go for the SSM rematch.

Mosley is. I thought he got robbed against Cotto when they fought. I've seen worse decisions but the way that fight was both judged and reffed was shady. I remember of where Mosely and landed a right hand on Cotto in the 10th round and Benji Estevez broke up the action to wipe up a wet spot. That gave time for Cotto to recover. I was able to find 6 other rounds for Mosley easily. I didn't have Cotto goggles on to judge the fight. The punchstat in the power dept. favored Mosely. I'm not a Cotto hater by any means, but I think he has a lot of biased fans.
