Who is better Mosley or Cotto?

Mosley is. I thought he got robbed against Cotto when they fought. I've seen worse decisions but the way that fight was both judged and reffed was shady. I remember of where Mosely and landed a right hand on Cotto in the 10th round and Benji Estevez broke up the action to wipe up a wet spot. That gave time for Cotto to recover. I was able to find 6 other rounds for Mosley easily. I didn't have Cotto goggles on to judge the fight. The punchstat in the power dept. favored Mosely. I'm not a Cotto hater by any means, but I think he has a lot of biased fans.

And what drugs were you doing when you watched the fight. How much money did you lose from betting on the fight. HAHAHA, cry baby Cotto definitely won. Mosley never disputed the win.

I see too many of you saying that Mosley is better than Cotto just because he beat an unplastered Marg. Let me remind you. Cotto beat Mosley (it was close, but he did win), and Mosley even said Cotto was a warrior for doing so. Cotto's lose to Marg was due to plaster (don't want to hear that he didn't have that ****), and Cotto would have showed all of you that Marg was/is a garbage @ss boxer. More respect!

They are both top caliber fighters. Considering that Mosley is 37, I would have to say that Mosley is amazing. If Cotto moves on to fight while he is still 37 then it would be also an amazing task. Shane Mosley has had an illustrious career with some very big names on his record. I think Mosley's problem with ROIDS has been kind of his downfall but he aint roiding no more. If Plaserito can come back and fight with out his plaster and win as he was winning before, then he might be forgiven because it was never really proved against Cotto but I want to see Plasterito come back and do what he was doing and if he cant, then it will surely send a messege that he was cheating.

No, I didn't have money on the fight. I ordered it on pay-per view though cause that's the kind of boxin fan I am. You are right in the aspect that Mosely was humble in the post-fight interview with Kellerman. But that is because Mosely is one of the class acts in boxing and doesn't complain about anything. He just goes in the ring and fights like a warrior. That humble attitude outside of the ring might have been against his best interest though. Because if he would've made a bigger outcry like JMM against Pac for example the rematch might have happened already. A complaint about the decision might have stirred the **** back up between Fishnets and the Bobfather though as far as making the match ups between the 2 companies. That could have been goin through Shane's head.

Depends on what you're asking. If you're asking, who currently ranks higher all time? It's obviously Mosley.

Cotto still has a ways to go to catch up to Mosley's accomplishments. However, Cotto's reign at 140>Mosley's reign at 135, which is something that can't be forgotten.

And as far as who's the better fighter? We have to wait till Cotto is where Mosley's at, it's impossible to compare now.

I will say this though...call me a nuthugger if you want, but I think Cotto has better skills than Mosley. I think he has a better D, and he's a better pure boxer.

This misconception that Mosley is this great boxer needs to be shot down. The guy doesn't have a jab, he's a speedy slugger. Mosley is sort of like Roy, he's gotten by on athleticism and a GREAT chin(unlike Roy).
