Not interested at all in Dawson, he's a nice fighter and he'll go his own way.

I would be interested in a grudge match with Carl 'The Stalker' Froch.

It would be a big British superfight and event. Dawson is very very low-key at this point. Zage vs Froch would be like Benn/Eubank.

It would also be England/Wales, another dynamic,

Dawson fight would be low-key event and wouldn't capture any kind of interest in the UK. Pretty much a non-event.

Calzaghe would beat Froch. He did not impress me at all. He was getting beat clearly by Jermain Taylor until his famous bad stamina kicked in. Calzaghe either fights Dawson, rematches Hopkins, or stays retired.

That's from an American fight-fan's perspective.

In terms of a big-event, and pay-check, it's Froch or nothing. And Froch is going to lose soon. Hopkins will be 45 for god sake. And Dawson would be viable if he was being hyped but he isn', he's just a decent young champion doing his thing. He's not getting a retired fighter out of bed in the morning.

Calzaghe's legacy is what it is, It won't improve none in the eyes of those that discredit him. At least Carl Froch is capable of antagonising Calzaghe and lighting a fire under him.
