i didn't find winky/hopkins to be particularly exciting.

It wasn't hugely exciting but it was far from being a snooze fest, and I was responding to a post which said Mayweather-Marquez would automatically be a snooze fest because it was a defensive fighter against a counter-puncher.

marquez/floyd will be a chess match for 12 rounds. no knockdowns or KOs i'm afraid.

It won't be a barnstormer but it may still be fascinating.

its definitely a double standard. people's sensitivity get all upset when a usually calm, quiet, respectful guy like roach barks back. They get all disappointed & shock & feel like that kind of stuff is beneath them or something.


Personally i think its great that roach is firing back. Roach has his own style, sort of quiet confidence, a honest assessment of things. There are more than 1 way to talk trash. U dont have to be crass, conceited, & delusional like the mayweathers.

But this is definitely good for the sport.

I just hope Pac's team of people are ready to take the fight if (when) Floyd wins, cause all I hear from their side is excuses on why the fight might not happen.

Its clear Mayweather's only reason in coming back is to set up a fight with Pac.

Alot of people say that. but lets just have a rewind here. manny pacman was very lucky to get the win over JMM in the rematch. I believe marquez won that fight. So floyd coming back for pac is balls. Marquez is a massive test for mayweather.
