I see no problem with Merchant calling out Floyd (remember Floyd crying about other black fighters calling him out). He has proven over and over that he does not seek out his biggest challenges.

I kinda agree Merchant's thought of Mayweather hand picking his opponent and avoiding Mosley!

I was disappointed on little Floyd not fighting guys like Cotto, Margarito & Mosley~

These are guys who were and still are fighting in his territory of 147 for a long time! He should have fought one of these guys 1 or 2 years ago~

I remember in an HBO commentary even Larry Merchant said Shane

If I were Marquez I would try to get Joan Guzman as a sparring partner for this fight. Everyone who fights Floyd always uses Steve Forbes for sparring to prepare but love him or hate him, Joan Guzman in terms of style,speed and defense is the closest thing to Floyd out there & the infamous stories about sparring sessions nowadays I think Guzman would do it and it would be great sparring preparation for Marquez.
