Froch has not seen that type of fight game in front him.

Jermain has, even more so then Froch.

I dont think Pavlik beating him is why he will win, but i do think Pavlik exposed flaws in Taylor that Froch can exploit in the same fashion. Plus i see similarity's between Froch and Pavlik. By no means does it mean he will win though. Breaking it down stylistically there are things he can use and apply from that fight to beat Taylor.

You keep bring that up and no one is disagreeing you with. However there have been fighters throughout history that have gone up against more established fighters whom have had wins over good fighters. Meanwhile the guy opposing them has had an inferior record and still whooped em.

So you see its not always cut and dry that you cant be considered to have a chance of winning because you not beaten the better fighters. You maybe the underdog, but..........

Who is in here with the audacity to diss Floyd?

OK here goes my prediction. I think Taylor will win, but it is going to be a very close fight. It is going to be close because he always fights at the level of his competition and nothing more.

Taylor has all the tools in the world, but he lets himself slip in each and every fight and he never lets himself go above and beyond. Is it laziness or lack of confidence? Who knows really?

I think Taylor will win, but he will allow Froch to be competitive just like he allowed everyone else for the past 4 years.

Jermain threw himself out trying to get Kelly out of there in the 2nd round... and completely threw himself out and then got stopped... it wasnt some flaw...

Jermain fought a GREAT CLOSE fight in the rematch, why didnt Kelly expose his flaws again?

Kelly won, but it was hardly an "exposing" style victory...

Jermain Taylor helped Pavlik beat him in the first fight... thats not an excuse or anything, although it may sound like it... but Jermain gave everything he had trying to get Pavlik out of there, it was definitely the start of his downfall, you could see it in the very next round..

Personally I didn't score the fight but thought it was close. I've read reporters who gave the nod to Taylor. Point is that the fight was very close.
            No question it was close.

I watched it on a live stream on BS, and i thought Taylor had won i gotta be honest. However that was watching a choppy stream. A lot of people told me Pavlik won the fight clearly, they said close but clear win for Pavlik.

A few days later i downloaded the fight and rewatched it and i saw Pavlik the winner, but im not sure if it was because they had planted a seed in my head.

Pavlik looked terrible against Hopkins. Other than Taylor, his best win is Miranda, which doesn't look so good now that he's been KTFO again.

It's circular logic: Taylor is good because he lost to Pavlik. Pavlik is good because he beat Taylor, and so on.

              Bad reasoning.

Jermain Taylor: Hopkins 2x, Winky, Spinks, Pavlik 2x

                Froch: Pascal? Reid.

                Good Reasoning.

I also had Taylor winning the rematch with Pavlik. Watched it about 3 or 4 times in total.

which to me proves two things.

                      A) Taylor definitely threw himself out in the first fight.

                      B) Kelly doesnt fight AS well above 160lbs.
