Taylor might not be ABOVE the competition hes faced.. but he is right in with them...

From fast runners, to boxing technicians, to come forward power aggressive fighters... slick southpaws... hes fought all the styles.. at a pound for pound level..

You dont consider "Bernard Hopkins TWICE, Winky Wright, Pavlik Twice, Cory Spinks.... top competition ? at the very least its better than anything Froch has been in their with. The point im making is that maybe the reason he has fought better people is the reason so many analysts are picking against him.

"I know Froch is a good fighter... but has he faced the caliber of opposition?"

Definitely not!! Hey listen im might be underestimating Taylor and overrating Froch. You will have to forgive me for that, because ive never thought very highly of Taylor. He has struggled against Spinks,Wink,Ouma and beaten Hopkins debatabley. He then got destroyed by a one dimensional 1 2 machine.

That might be true but the cat is outta the bag now. His stamina is an issue,he has defences lapses and can only fight at his own pace.

That so called 1-2 machine would knock Froch out. So, lets see... The 1-2 on dimensional fighter also has a better defense then froch, I could only imagine what Hopkins would have done to froch... Probably ko'd froch in the first round. The only person to ever beat Pavlik is Hopkins. Oh, hopkins won like every single round but Hopkins also destroyed your idol Trinidad and Tarver.

Against TOPPPPP Pound for Pound competition.

Struggling against Winky means what exactly? You think thats a bad thing?

Unless your Paul Williams, who doesnt struggle with Winky?

        And beat Hopkins debatably?

even if he LOST to hopkins DEBATABLY... thats still ENOUGH, to prove what kind of fighter he is, because we KNOW what kind of fighter Bernard is.

No, but It was a bad thing when that performance had been proceeded and followed up by bad performances

Taylor has not looked good against Hopkins x2 ,Ouma,Spinks,Wink,Pavlik 2x and i thought he looked average against Lacy holding for half the fight because he has terrible stamina.

Taylor's bad performances culminated in his whoopin by Pavlik.

Nice analysis but that's exactly what Froch wants, for Taylor to take the low guard bait then BOOM Froch lands his bombs. I've always thought Carls low guard was his bait to bring fighters into a war.

Again, your talking about debatable wins over TOP pound for pound competition.

He may not be ABOVE that competition, but he is LEVEL with them.

Does Froch have a debatable win over top competition?

Does Froch have a win over TOP COMPETITION...PERIOD?

Pavlik is as one dimensional and consistent as is Froch, but thats the point. That is why i think he will give Taylor trouble.

Well you saw what Hopkins did to Pavlik so it makes no difference what Hopkins would of done to Froch, he did it to Pavlik and he whooped Taylor.
