I think that falls under the fact that some people never learn. Sheer ******ity and it's hard for me to feel sorry for anybody who throws away that type of future for some guns he had no business owning. Especially considering that he was already on probation for a prior felony. You only get so many chances in life. I think he used up all of his.

You need to challenge the government, because what they're doing is wrong, and unconstitional. There is no justfication in this.

No justification....hes a convicted felon with posession of a firearm that alone is enough to pull him over if they saw him with buying the gun. hes done its sad but why should the laws be bent for anyone? The law is the law n he fcked up.

A convicted felons rights are certainly diminished but to say they have no Constitutional rights is a pretty broad statement. I suggest you read the *********s, that is the ones which deal more so with individual rights, and you will see that even convicted felons are still guaranteed many rights under the Constitution. Military personnel probably have less Constitutional rights then convicted felons.

All my constitutional rights are intact

1. I have the freedom of speech/religion. Obviously I can't pubicly talk about my dismay for my president, but guess what...he's my employer/commander-in-chief and there would be consequences. Just like you can't call out your employers on TV and not expect retribution.

2. I own some guns. Some for protection, some for collectors. No one takes that from me. I'm amazed he paid $525 for a damn Glock, no wonder ATF staked that place out.

And we can go on and on, I can vote too...in case you were wondering. So please, never speak about topics unless you know what the heck your talking about. You only make yourself look more ****** than that sentence implies

maybe kirkland's proublem is he's staying in the same area where he got into a lot of trouble with him it seems like his the type of fighter who needs to move away to get away from the distractions
