Sorry but... yes Judah was indeed the man at 147. (and he also put on a great performance in the 2nd Spinks fight. Remember Spinks has never been stopped at 47, 54 or 60, and he never lost anyting but close fights for a reason). It's of course unfortunate for the WW lineage that Judah's ******ed ass lost to Baldomir...
The comparison to Erdei is out of place, because while Roy was certainly NOT the lineal champ, he at least won EVERY belt of which DM was stripped. making DM claim weaker as the years went by (even though DM beat pretty much everyone Roy beat). Spinks on the other hand had all the 3 major belts, which were split for ridiculous reasons after Baldomir beat Judah. And afterwards no unification took place. The closest thing to that was Cotto-Margarito, which happened after Mayweather retired, but at that point that has nothing to do with Judah's claim to being the man at 147.
