How 77 dumbasses voted Pac is beyond me.

If I knock someone out first...and take their perfect record away.....

Then you come and beat them.

How do you get more credit?

By your logic, with the exception of Hatton and Corrales, Floyd gets less credit for all his other wins due to the fact that they were already beaten or KO'd before Floyd got to them.

Because Floyd didn't beat Hatton at his weight class. Pure and Simple.

I dont wanna hear about oh Floyd isnt a real welterweight anyway... well neither is Manny, but he's fighting Hatton at Hattons best weight class, where hes still undefeated in about 42-43 fights...

The fanboys who are arguing that Floyd isnt a real WW, are the same ones defending Floyd by saying that Floyd/Marquez should take place at WW. WTF??? LOL

Ive found myself to be probably one of the most balanced Floyd fans around here...

You can catch me bashing him or praising him, depending on the subject..

I think the dudes skills and defense are seriously atg... you cant deny his brilliance in the ring, and his vision.. the way he sees everything and knows exactly what to do... he HAS fought some very good competition, and went through a few weight classes to do it...

But, there are limitations as to how far you can go when comparing... you simply cant give floyd more credit then manny for beating hatton at Jr ww...

Hatton at WW, and hatton at JR WW... are two seperate fighters... now i GIVE credit to Floyd for beating Hatton at WW... its still a very good win... he was undefeated, even at ww for one fight... im simply giving MORE credit to pacman for fighting Hatton at his best weight, and where he is still undefeated.

It all depends on the topic at hand with FLoyd for me..

Well theres two different ways to look at that...

Floyd beat Oscar Jr MW, Oscars best weight IMO, so he gets more credit then Manny for beating him at WW...

                BUT!

Manny came from 130 lbs, with only ONE fight at 135.. before moving up two more weight classes to do so...

So you cant forget about that either...

I would rank the Oscar wins even... just because of the diffferent situations..

Because Pacman was a clear underdog going into a fight with a guy that many predicted would put Pacman's head in the 3rd row with 1 left hook. It was Pac's first time fighting at 147, and Pac utterly DEMOLISHED Oscar whereas Floyd won by 1 point via SD.

Created a poll about this prior to the Pac/Oscar fight. Look at the results.

Mayweather fight night weight was 148, Oscar was 166.
Pacman was 148 and Oscar was 147
I think PBF fought the healthy version and should get credit since he was the smaller man in the fight. But Pacman did move up but doesn’t change the fact he fought a weight drained Oscar

Pacman destroyed a weight drained Oscar. Roach commented on Oscar being weight drained. If anyone who really thinks Pacman fought a non-weight drained Oscar, They are either pure natural haters or very delusional individuals.
