    That is what I remember reading on his blog, this was an old blog. I think the last post on his blog was right before he fought Joe Calzaghe. That is not to say he didn't lie, but if he is telling the truth then it shows running only does so much.

              Jeff Lacy doesnt run 7 miles a day, and most PROFESSIONAL fighters only run 3 to 5 miles a day while in camp. 7 miles a day is amazing for a boxer............the only athlethes that run 10 miles or more a day are distance track and field runners

                    Yeah, there's no way Lacy would have that sort of muscle mass running 7 miles a day. Hard to believe.

                      49 miles a week is impressive...period....and him not running the miles is impressive its the fact that he was a s fresh in round 12 as he was in round 1 thats impressive.
