Can a Klitschko still be an ATG?

The "experts" will just say their opponents are no good, no matter who they beat.

Right now there's a lot of excitement about David Haye, but he'll be despised and called a bum (the way Ray Austin and all the others were) after Wlad KOs him.
I can honestly say, I don’t think Klitschkos would've been able to stick with the fighters of the 60’s-70’s-80’s.

I never considered the Klitschkos an ATG.

The Klitschkos just need to fight each other.

I know this will never happen but the winner would be closer to ATG status.

Kellerman, Farhood, and Atlas aren't the "be all, end all" voice of boxing.

You base your entire argument on what? The opinion of 3 moronic commentators?

The media is a joke. You listen to them at your peril.

Please back up your claims as I seriously doubt any of them EVER said anything remotely like that.

In a historical perspective beating the top guy from the class below can mean a lot. It did for Joe Louis when he beat Billy Conn. Also Holmes-Spinks and Holyfield was considered the main threat to Tyson when he was a cruiserweight so I don't buy your argument sorry.

Maybe, but these things are best discussed after a fighter is retired when you can go back and look through a fighters' entire career without any bias.

                I see your point.

But I'd rate Billy Conn, Leon Spinks, and Evander Holyfield as much tougher tasks than David Haye.

ATGs do not get KTFO by Ross Purrity.

Do they get KTFO by Rahman or McCall? And I mean really KTFO?

Wladimir did get up you know. Lewis was far more hurt than Wlad was and he is currently considered an ATG.

Nope. Cuz there ain't a lotta anmes at HW, they'd both have to reign for many yrs Bhop style to become ATG's and no, there ain't enuf time left for em to do it imo.

Wladimir more so than Vitali unless he turns out to be one of those fighters who can keep going even in his 40's which I doubt.
