It's all gravy if Hopkins retires. He's been through enough and accomplished enough to be considered one of the best. Even the defeats that he's sustained in his career are good losses.

It's selfish of me to want to see him in the ring just once more. I know that it would never be enough, really. After that I'd want one more, and then one more after that, and so on and so forth.
He's made his bones the hard way. He's got nothing left to prove, he's an ATG, a future hall of famer, in my opinion, the best of his generation.
I'll miss the **** out of him, but the ball is his to take home.

Just saying it like is mate, Joe hid in Wales in the worst Division in boxing. Finally moved up when Hopkins was 43, and the best he could do was steal a dodgy SD.
