    Hopkins hasn't been a beast since his early years and middleweight against mostly mediocre opposition. He's a great fighter though and very, very good grappler.

          I think hopkins was a bit green for roy jones, imo.

          Anyways, what's your point? You admit he wasn't grappling nearly as much back then right? If you agree, then your thread is ****, he's in his 40's. Hatton is prime.

            This one always makes me laugh. Hopkins is some powerful badass monster.

            Hes hyped as one but in the ring hes always extra careful, slow, clinching and overly defensive. While fighting smaller men.
