What im saying is hattons is in no position to say he would have won a fight against delahoya that night based on his less than impressive performance at 147.

malinaggi looked aweful in the hatton fight anyways. malinaggi just kept throwing one jab then would try to tie up hatton. paulie's hand problems turned him into a one handed fighter but if he had both hands he would have beat hatton easily in my opinion.

The fact displayed in such a way makes it impressive, definitely.

But to be realistic and say a dehydrated, past prime, former middleweight, then that takes away from the impressiveness. Thats what Hatton is saying, and it is correct.
