Originally posted by jching View PostIf DLH was not dehydrated, and Pac won in the same manner, then the win could not be downplayed. But that is not the case, and Hatton is correct in what he is saying.
Originally posted by jching View PostSaying that Hatton's win over Malignaggi should be downplayed is just ridiculous, as he was in the same good condition as he has been in all his fights. There was nothing negatively affecting Malignaggi, with the exception of weak fists, but this has always been his weakness.
Hatton is the best and I think you are the most unbias poster who knows the truth and everything about fatton....keep goin..
And even if Pac beat Hatton, Pac should not get full credit because Hatton is nothing and that is an acceptable and valid excuse..Last edited by Titing Kabayo; 03-31-2009, 08:17 AM.

Hatton should have won if referee was not Cortez,,, yes yes, you are correct... hatton lost because he was nothing that time.. so PBF should not get full credit buy knocking out bum Hatton... I am not saying Hatton is bum as a fighter,.,, just that time..
You hit the nail head again.. Hatton should have KOd Oscar in just few seconds.. Hatton I think is the most powerful boxer I ever known..
Again you are correct... Hatton should have get full credit by beating C-lever Malignaggi because they were just in the same condition...

Mayweather beat Hatton because he's on another level. FACT. No excuses there.
Hatton probably would have beaten Oscar that night.
The Malinaggi win isn't the best, but Malignaggi was not weight drained or negatively affected in any way and so the win should not be downplayed for those reasons. Yes, he is c/b level, but it was a very easy win for Hatton.
I'm a Hatton fan but i'm not deluded to the truth.

It didn't dawn on you that only Pacquiao's fight plan and style was the only one that could get the job done that night against Oscar? Hatton's style is way different than Pacquiao's style, we can't even find any similarities...

A weight drained Oscar would beat Malignaggi faster than Hatton did... I don't know what will be your excuse when Pacquiao beat Hatton's bad ass come May 2.. Another weight drained is possible..
My excuse on May 2nd should Pacquiao beat Hatton is that Pacquiao was just too good and is the better fighter. There will be no excuses.

Cotto, Mosely, Mayweather, Margarito all would have beaten Oscar that night and their styles are different to Pac's also.
