By myself also. Oscar was part time, but still talented. Doesn't change the fact that he cherry picked this fight for money. This wasn't the same Oscar from 1996, or even 2002. And there were more dangerous fights for him at his own weight which he chose to pass up.

The only fight I would criticise in that list is the Hatton one, and even that would have been okay, IMO, if he'd fought Cotto immediately afterwards.

He's beaten Shane, but Shane is currently ranked #1. So at this point I think he'd look silly fighting the #2 fighter in preference to the #1 fighter, although ideally he'll fight both, assuming Cotto beats Clottey.

Ideally he'll fight Williams as well but I'm not holding my breath!

No reasonable boxing fan could expect him to fight EVERYBODY, especially nowadays. But if he'd made a few of these fights he'd certainly get more respect from true fans of the sport whether they like him or not. I know I would respect him more.

cotto's name is as big as it's gona get. clottey wont make it bigger, he already fought and beat shane, he fought margarito so the mexicans know who he is. he fought jennings so the brits know who he is. floyd needs to step up to the plate and fight cotto
