Floyd Mayweather is not the Draw.

He's the Protaganist...People want him to lose and thats the role he plays.
Thats how the fights are marketed thats the persona he carries with him.

The average person who buys a paperView knows **** about boxing skill...He just needs an excuse to have some friends over and drink a couple beers...and all he knows is what he's seen on late night re runs of 24/7...he knows he doesnt like the loud mouth and he likes the hard worker that sounds like a cool person to have a couple beers with.

Talk about people that need to get a grip on reality...breath.

    BOOM.
    Ok mr. Smart guy...

Can you explain to me what the Average AMERICAN casual fan knew about Ricky Hatton before he fought Floyd???

What blockbuster fight was Hatton in AMERICA before the Floyd fight???
What Blockbuster name did Hatton fight that the Casual Fan Knew in AMERICA

But I bet you the casual AMERICAN fan knew that Mayweather was considered the best fighter in the world before the Hatton fight.

I bet you the casual AMERICAN fan knew that Mayweather was on Dancing with the stars. which averages 20 million AMERICAN viewers a week before the Hatton fight.

I bet the Casual AMERICAN fan Knew Mayweather was a trash talker before the Hatton fight...

So if Mayweather was not the Draw for the casual AMERICAN viewers in the hatton vs. PBF fight...

    You tell me

WHAT drew the Casual AMERICAN fans to buy 850,000 P.P.V orders at 59.95 a piece???

if you say Hatton please explain....

what did hatton do before floyd in America that got him THe CASUAL AMERICAN VIEWER attention to want to pay 59.95 to watch him fight?

The biggest fight that could possibly be made in boxing today would include Floyd Mayweather. The biggest fight that has EVER been made in boxing included Floyd Mayweather. End

I was about to post this almost verbatim, fans like him only see the surface of things and that surface is skewed in their dislike of Floyd.

No. Sorry, your logic is so skewed it's ridiculous.

The word draw can be used as a synonym for the word ATTRACT, as in attract buyers.

Yes, there are two participants to a fight (I'm glad you figured that out), Floyd usually plays the villain, the other guy (like De La Hoya, and Hatton)played the good guy, (protagonist).

The bad guy, can still be the draw, because people want to see him get defeated. It makes the storyline more interesting. 2 good guys is boring.

What would be Star Wars without Darth Vader? What would be Jurassic Park without the big T-REX eating people? What would be Spiderman without Dr. Octopus?

That's what Floyd does so well, is be the bad guy, this is why people are interested. This is why he is talked about all the time. This is why he owns 2 of the 3 biggest fights in boxing history. THIS IS WHY HE IS A DRAW

Its pretty silly at this point to say Mayweather is not a draw at this point. He can do great numbers especially coming back from retirement.

I would stick around and go through all the Miss information and all the flooded posts...and pick them apart till the truth shined through all the clutter ...

but it's thursday night here in the great city of NYC and i'm feeling like it's time for me to go see where the night may take me.

                    And then it goes.
