Well Weebler talks ****, not being funny or anything he is entitled to his opinion and I am not saying his opinion is wrong but he has been talking out his arse in the other thread and can not accept that Mayweather outclassed him so claims he got 'lucky'.

However, Mayweather's punch started it all. KO Mayweather.

And how was Cortez crooked? Because Hatton couldnt wrestle his opponent like he always does?
how about taking a point off Hatton for Mayweather throwing an elbow then blatantly turning running away from his opponent and jumping outside the ring hoping for sympathy?

Hatton fell heavily into the ring post and fell on the floor. He was clearly dazed as he got to his feet. He attempted to fight on and was knocked down again. He got to his feet again. Shortly thereafter he was taking too much punishment and Cortez stopped the fight at the same time as Hatton's corner threw in the towel.

Let's also not forget that this stoppage came after a clearly frustrated Hatton sustained a huge amount of punishment from the sixth round on when it became obvious that the officiating was completely one sided.

This idea that Maywather knocked out Hatton with a single punch is clearly nonsense. Hatton was not allowed to throw so much as a punch from inside, Mayweather was able to get away with holding, mauling, elbows, rabbit punches and ducking below the waist in order to avoid Hatton's attack, and Hatton was constantly warned and even deducted for the same things as Floyd was doing.

Mayweather would likely have won without Cortez's help, but Cortez' involvement basically ruined what should have been a magnificent tear up.
