I can't find the link but hatton said in an interview, and on his talk show 'ricky speaks' that when he hit the deck he initially thought he was lying in his bed back in manchester as his sheets are also blue...so think its safe to say he was knocked out, lol, and the fact that he said it was 'the first time I have ever been knocked out in any ring'

The ****** excuses some of these poeple make it mind boggling. Mayweather landed a perfect left hook Hatton stumbled, and fell face first into the ring post. If that punch were to happen in the middle of the ring Hatton would have been laid flat out. And FFs this blaming Cortez has to stop, all he did was break up clinches, which are illegal Mayweather in reality gets all the credit for the knockout.

the check hook wasn't a ko punch, hatton fought on, but the ringpost did the damage.

Hatton was still able to fight on and even when Mayweather threw his last punch, Hatton was still standing -eventually falling over by himself with exhaustion.

Mayweather isn't a knockout artist and Hatton could take his punches, but the double hit of the ringpost was too much, bad luck.

just let me know what threw him into the ring post. If I pick you up and throw you against a wall and KO you, lets see how many people say that it was the wall that KO'd you.
