i'm in full agreement with his achievements being greatly outweighed by his talent (kessler i'm talking about) but he's a good fighter and top scalp for the record, the proof is in the pudding

and then of course joe has the win over hopkins himself, which i know there is an element who dispute that win (myself included actually) but he deserves credit for it - more credit than B-Hop gets for the Taylor fights and even the Calzaghe fight due to the official W on his record
tell me how a W over Kessler is more impressive than a W over say... Andre Berto

cos Kessler is better than Andre Berto, and was at his peak rather than still developing

and Berto would be a good name on a resume anyway

what is better? a close win over Collazo (the same guy who nearly beat Ricky Hatton) or a decisive loss to Calzaghe?

well i think Calzaghe is better than both Collazo and Hatton by a pretty decent margin, and actually, at face value, Kessler looked the better fighter against Joe in losing than Berto did in "winning" to me

you can't definitively argue either way i suppose but that's my take on it, and in addition you are over-simplifying matters to a degree

To be fair, I don't think Butterball gives a **** about credibility.
