all of these are better than anything on Calzaghe's resume (other than edging Hopkins) and I do mean all
Trinidad - p4p top 3 in the world, looked incredible against Joppy in previous fight at 160 but still technically moved up to fight Hopkins
Taylor (2x) - Taylor is a bigger middleweight than B-Hop and was undefeated
Tarver - Ring Light Heavyweight Champion, Hopkins moved up in weight
Wright - #2 p4p in the world but had to move up to fight Hopkins
Calzaghe's best win (other than slapping an old man around) is Kessler, which is not comparable to anything listed above. That is a huge disparity, so it is miles ahead of Calzaghe's resume. Miles
Trinidad/Wright - CLEARLY much smaller men than Hopkins. If Hopkins beat Ping Ping would you be impressed with that?
Taylor - Even though I had him beating Taylor the first time and giving away the second, Hopkins has a "L" on his record against Taylor... TWICE. So Hopkins > Calzaghe because he lost to better comp? Wtf?
The crackhead I'll give you, but you saying that Hopkins's resume is "miles" ahead of Joe Blow's surely gets pulled back into line when you're listing TWO LOSSES to prove this? I'm not all about the "0" as some people are (coughyou when you're saying Floyd is better than Ray Robinsoncough) but to say one boxer's career pisses on another's because they LOST is... wow.Comment

I reckon it was like the crown ***els, Pisspac. Actually it doubled as the lament configuration box from Hellraiser and every evening Joe would work it so that Danny Williams would come out of it with his big black ****.Comment

I know Andre Chinto is a Yank and all, but the guy's failed to impress me as he's moved up.
I DID like the Fat Yank, I said to people "watch this chinto, he's got skills" but he seem to flatline, development wise.
I know he's got a belt, but the guy's just a contender if this was a one-belt system like it used to be. These days everyone can be a "champion", but Chinto never will be, mark my words. If he tries to unify, chinto will get chinned.Comment

I agree with the sentiments that Hopkins gets credit for fights he lost as if he won them.
It's wild. If we are going on that principle Oscar De La Hoya is the greatest fighter of all-time.Comment
