A lot of Calzaghe haters, you mean? Well done for disguising the negative comment as "hardcore boxing fans", though, trying to discredit anyone who doesn't show disrespect for Calzaghe as a casual fan with no knowledge. You're talking about Hopkins fans, not "hardcore boxing fans". No surprise from a Chad Dawson fan, though.
So... Bika? Are you having a laugh or what man? He lost a WIDE UD, even after using every single trick in the book to foul and steal a decision. have you even watched that fight?
Reid fight was close, but still clearly 7-5 to JC, at least. Plus Reid got a point taken off for some foul or another. Reid was also offered an instant rematch but turned it down.
I knew you'd mention Hopkins. You obviously couldnt resist that one.
The real answer I was looking for is: 19 years ago. Love him or hate him, I don't think Calzaghe knows the meaning of the word "lose".
So anyway, why not make this fair. Take Adamek down to SMW or light heavy. You think Adamek wins there too?

Not necessarily. He is entitled to his opinion.
You are a Calzaghe hater. You've made that plain. What makes you any better than any nuthugger? Both have views at opposite ends of the spectrum and neither are balanced nor can argue rationally. egreezy at least doesn't communicate like a moron.

Seriously, how ppl can watch Adamek against Dawson and then think he can beat someone with the chin, movement, angles and handspeed of Calzaghe is mind-boggling to me.
Someone explain to me how Adamek wins this. I don't care if they fight at 2000 pounds, this is a horrible, horrible matchup for Adamek.Comment

The fight would be very different @CW in my opinion Adamek just looks like a better improved fighter since Dawson loss and moving up. And I don't think Calzaghe would be able to do everything in the ring that Dawson did to Adamek. Taller, reach, more pop.Seriously, how ppl can watch Adamek against Dawson and then think he can beat someone with the chin, movement, angles and handspeed of Calzaghe is mind-boggling to me.

Adamek is a tough guy, he just doesn't have the skill to hang with Calzaghe I don't think. I see him doing something very similar to what Dawson did with the exception of getting dropped. Adamek would be walking forward all day, Calzaghe would be throwing those fast little flurries and giving him constant movement. Adamek is not stopping Calzaghe. Calzaghe's chin is too good and Adamek's power is more cumulative than one-punch in nature. Basically, I think Adamek has next to no chance. He can't stop him and he can't win a decision. Kind of makes it tough IMO.Comment

that dont make sense though dose it because it made no diffrence if he was a bit flabby although i dont think he was at all and Calzaghe beat Hopkins although amazingly one of the judges must have left his glasses at home that day and actualy give it too Hopkins, Calzaghe dosent do any weights so he dosent have that ripped look but he dont have hardley any fatCalzaghe looked alot softer around his midsection at 175 than he did at 168. Calzaghe doesn't have the muscular build, or the physical strength Hopkins has. I really think he would be pretty fat if he were to go up to above 190. Adamek stops him IMO since he wouldn't be as quick or as imposing at 200 as he is at 175.Comment
