Before he jumped up to 147 he was talking about how 140 was soo hard to make and the he would be better at 147. Then he got to 147 and looked ****ty there so then all of a sudden he is too small for 147 and needed to get back to 140.
the reason is because he re-hydrates 2 154 at light welter and welter so it dont make no difference the 7 pounds at weigh in apart from the fact he is fightin a naturally stronger and bigger man at welter!

Its the same CHIN though ain't it?You know, the one LAZCANO,COLLAZO,MAYWEATHER,s**t EUMEEN MAGEE had him down, now he's facing the biggest puncher he's EVER faced with the most SPEED he's ever seen, with HATTON's punch resistance its INEVITABLE.Go rewatch MAYWEATHER hatton AS SOON AS floyd GREW SOME AND CAME OUT OF HIS SHELL TO ACTUALLY THROW PUNCHES HE HAD HATTON out in 2 rounds.PACMAN by early ko.P.S-the HATTON/TSZU fight was the dirtiest fighting I have ever seen I know HATTON likes to HIT and HOLD but this was beyond that LOW BLOWES HEADLOCKS go rewatch the fight you'd think you were watching WWE.The beuty is its not in ENGLAND.

Did you see Tszyu throw Sharmba Mitchell around the ring in their first fight? Or Tszyu's rabbit punches against Santos? Or Hopkins hitting and holding in most of his fights, boring in with his head, and all the low blows he threw against Keith Holmes? Or Duran boring in with his head against Buchanan, wrestling, hitting on the break, and ending the fight with a low blow in the groin that sent Buchanan to hospital? Or Marciano boring in and head butting in many of his fights? When those fighters use rough house tactics they are admired for their "furious intensity"; when Hatton does it, he is criticised for it. Is it because you don't like rough house tactics when they are used by a British fighter, but it's okay otherwise?

Just pointing out that the trainers seem more like the ones who are fighting!

I want Ricky to win but think Manny may take this...

The weight difference will be 6 or 7 pounds on fight night, i guess Manny picks on smaller fighters too because he outweighed Barrera and Marquez by about 6 pounds on fight night.

I don't like fighters that BREAK the rules by holding.MARCIANO NEVER CLINCHED IN HIS LIFE.As for HATTON without his holding he would have been ko'd long ago.WARRIORS don't hold, same way as I don't see HOPKINS or KLITSHKO as warriors, only fighters like HATTON, that can only compete at the highest levels by hitting then clinching then deciding when to let go and hit it again. Its illegal and HATTON started this trend so fighters that cannot copete with elites without having to break the rules.

Even the elites do it, Mosley did it against Margarito and Mayweather did it against Hatton, they must not have been able to compete?

Hatton did not start the trend, that's a ridiculous thing to say. Hopkins was doing it many years before Hatton was, but he gets far less criticism for it than Hatton does. And it's hardly a recent trend, there have always been fighters who clinched a lot. As for breaking the rules, as I've already pointed out, Marciano broke the rules by boring in and head butting, Tszyu broke the rules by throwing his opponents round the ring and by rabbit punching; Duran broke the rules by boring in with his head, wrestling, hitting on the break, and blatant low blows.

Oh, and what about Ali's clinching against Frazier, and holding Frazier's head down with neck holds? I suppose you don't think Ali was an elite fighter?

Good points - plus Mayweather used his elbows illegally against Hatton.
