Don't buy that crap. Look at the way the heavy bag is positioned, you can't do real work on it. You need space to move around the HB, 360 degrees.

Cheaper and better to just buy a heavy bag and hang that **** up.

Yeah I have seen some guys who don't know what they are doing. They don't even move when they are on there for extended time.

And thats why I don't like that heavybag/speedbag combo. I have my heavybag setup outside where I have 360 degrees of movement. That way your able to circle and move around heavy bag and set up on it like its a person. That combo gives you like 10 degrees of movement. Thats weak.
