Who in here actually owns a heavy bag or speed bag?

Not just that, but you can't move around as much. It sucks compared to going to the gym and being able to move all the way around the bag, then you get your own and you can only move from side to side.Comment

it does. my everlast was similar except i can move the speedbag from side to side , i don't know if that model does that.
anyways , i popped my knee a few years back when i tripped on the plates i put on the legs.
hanging from the ceiling is best if you can find a spot.Comment

Nah, I've ask this one fat 5'11" lad, but he doesn't have his own Boxing gloves. I told him to buy some, but he's being a tight ass. I have two pairs, but ones 8 oz and the other's are 12 oz.Comment

I don't own any heavy bags or speed bag. I have a free standing bag, were you fill the base with water. And Everlast reflex bag. I bought the standing bag to lose weight(10 pounds in 1 month). I bought the reflex bag last year but i seen a Title version and gonna buy that in the future.
I would like the heavy bag but i can moved the standing bag and reflex bag easier to the side inside the garage.Comment
