It's alright. But you can't move around the heavy bag like you should. I don't have a bag anymore since I have no place to put it, but I belong to a boxing gym (and that's a boxing gym, not a lame gym with meat-head weight lifters and 1 heavybag).

It will be good if you are interested in just throwing punches to get in shape. But you won't learn any technique. And remember one thing, boys: Heavy bags don't hit back.
