plus he fought pacquiao at 130 a few months later.

he fought the #1 guy at 130 at the time in barrera and he went on to fight the #2 p4p (soon to be #1) at the time in pacquiao.

to say he ducked a lower tier fighter in guzman just doesn't hold much water tbh.
