Hmmm...maybe, but I think Pac is definitely a naturally bigger guy than Marquez. It's just the way he is framed and his body type. Also the way he adds on weight is more natural for him. He is much more solid and takes the higher weight much better. I know what you mean kind of, but even though Marquez was taller than Diaz (one inch taller), he looked a lot smaller because his actual frame is naturally a lot smaller. Diaz was a ****e load more solid, bigger muscled etc, and that's at 25. Marquez at that age was a small FW.

Pacquiao at the moment would probably have to push himself to make it to 135. I think he could do it easily with the proper work, but it would still be a push to make it, you know? Marquez is just moving up for the hell of it. His body is not telling him to. He could have fought the rest of his career at 130 easily without ever really struggling to make the weight. It's just the way his body is smaller framed. Like that freak Funeka. He is friggin' ginormous but he makes lightweight well, because his frame is naturally very small. Same deal with Marquez.

Even though Marquez and Pac are the same height (I think Marquez might be about a centimeter or less taller) with the same reach, he is and has even until 35, never had trouble making weight at FW or SFW because he is just a smaller-framed guy, whereas Pac at his late twenties was already bigger than Marquez and moving through FW, SFW up to LW. His body is just bigger.

Not that any of it really matters. I just think the best fight-weight would be 135. It would, I think anyway, create the best fight for us. After all, who cares about them eh? We all just want a great fight when it comes down to it, which is the only reason anyone wants to see them fight.

Yeah of course, he wanted more money, but that's not really the point is it? Or is that the point for you? That's the main point for them as it's their career, but we don';t get any of their money so who cares about their money squabbles. They both had to fight each other. It's the only one that mattered. Morales was screwed and had already been beaten twice, Barrera got beaten by Marquez and there was no real need for the rematch between him and Pac, that was more of a pay-day for them both.

Their first fight was a draw. They had to fight again. It was such a damn good fight the first time around as well. It was also the biggest money fight for them both anyway. Who else would Pac have fought for that money at that time? No one. He wasn't big enough yet to fight Oscar or Hatton.

That fight was always going to happen no matter what anyone thought anyway. It was the biggest fight for the fans and the biggest fight for them. No one was giving anyone a chance. It was business, it had nothing to do with chance.

No that's not my point. Marquez something like there's no need for a rematch becuase he feels he already won the fight and that if pac wants to fight him then pac has to have a belt first like him. That to me sounded like a pretty girl playing hard to get lol. Now, he's getting a dose of his own medicine for spurning pac for 4 years ha ha.

My feelings is that it ain't happening this year pre. Hoping that pac lose in the election next year so that he may consider having the rubber match late next year or early 2011. Maybe JMM would still be the same badass JMM tha he is right now at the age of 35.

I have to agree, I think it would be all-too similar to their second fight and similarly inconclusive unless Marquez suddenly shows his age. I happen to feel that this fight, while still appealing, is not absolutely necessary (and believe me, I wouldn't have any problem seeing Pacquiao get a loss given the more extreme members of his fan base, no hate intended to the fighter himself).

that is just dumb., he is a better technical fighter, but pac is better in every other department.

Not really, JMM won more rounds ergo he is the better boxer.

Pac won the fight though so he is a better Fighter.

Subtle difference but important I think.
