Yes, they are, both heres a secert, Rosario was knocked out in 4 rounds by someone far less than the greatest boxer ever, and being stopped by Lamotta in 9 after beating him twice, does not define your greatness, heres the list

He did have great moments during his career but it's not as if he bested Robinson or LaMotta, he lost the series to both of them (which is no shame since they were great fighters).
I would place him on my list but everyone's record can be picked apart just as you are picking apart the resumes of Rosario, Camacho and Serrano. They were accomplished fighters.Comment
