                  no way by any strecth of the imagination is the Torrance Tornado top 20. He is notches below a fighter such as Jose Luis Ramirez, so the answer is, Hell NO.

                    JuanMa Lopez has won a WBO belt (which means practically nothing) and has only one quality win over Ponce DeLeon (who was made for Lopez).
