Maybe Malignaggi was or wasn't but his only two loses come from Cotto/Hatton. Cotto he went 12 and Hatton had Pauli's corner throwing in the towel in the 11th because Malignaggi was WAY behind on points and was taking a beating. Hatton jab (When he uses it) is like a power punch and Floyd Senior during the Malignaggi fight kept encouraging Hatton to use the jab so you know it will be a factor in the Manny fight. Hatton may not be as fast as Manny but he is quick and can close in and cut the ring off at will. Pacquiao will not be able to run circles around Hatton like Oscar and throwing punches in/out like Oscar & Diaz because clearly both them guys do not have the same fight as Hatton. Whenever Manny fights someone tough it is a close fight with exception to Barrera 1 and Morales 2&3.

If Roach thinks Hatton is slow then the Parkinson's is biting hard. If he thinks Hatton wont land any body shots he is a ******.

I hated Pavlik because of his ****** fans, im beginning to hate Pac-Man because of hie twat trainer.

I think Mr. Roach knows much and has the "Pac-Attack" fight plan ready for Ricky. JAT

Roach is right. I've been saying the same for a long time. Hatton's hooks & Body shot will hardly can land on Pac. Pac has too many weapons coming from the outside. Hatton has to eat a lot of jabs, Right hooks, Lead left & some upper cuts before he can land a single Body shot. Did you guys forgot that Barrera was a known Body puncher before the Pac fight??? guess What Pac just dominates him. Same goes with hattton.

Roach should be concerned with Hatton's body shots.

Pacquiao's rib cage hasn't been tested above 135, actually it wasn't even tested at 135 haha but its also one of Hatton's best assets to his game.

I hear so many people saying how much Pacquiao has improved but he looks like the same guy to me. All he does is move around and lung in swinging trying to out slug his opponent. How can you tell how much he has improved by fighting David Diaz & Oscar De La Hoya? Clearly he wasn't tested
                in both fights.

Ricky Hatton is going to test Pacquiao and I believe he will win because to me Pacquiao is a Great offensive fighter but he doesn't have the defensive tools to keep a prime, strong guy like Hatton away from him for 12 rounds and on top of that Manny's power is an accumulation of punches so he is going to have to mix it up with Hatton to score points or even go for the KO.

Pacquiao has NO defensive strategy & gets hit flush in most every fight! If/When Hatton lands a solid power shot there is a big chance that Pacquiao drops. I like Pacquiao but just not that confident in him like everyone else
because if a fighter doesn't have any defense then I cannot ride with him fully.
Pac has clearly improved. He throws his right hand more. He doesn't throw as many 1-2's. He used to always lead with his jab before he threw lefts, now he leads more with his left. He moves in and out a lot more now. It's obvious to me. This isn't just since the JMM fight either, he looked improved in that one too.

Hatton wasn't holding Paulie because Paulie was scrambling to hold him first. Malignaggi threw about 4 right hands all fight, so Hatton didn't have much to worry about. Of course his head movement will look better that way.

Paulie made Hatton look like a million bucks, not Floyd Sr. All he did was move and throw his jab out there, tried to land a few check hooks too. Everytime Hatton would get close he'd lunge for Ricky's waist.

                  honestly I think hatton's rough-housing will effect pac more than hatton's body-attack.

People bazaarly give hatton no chance dispite pac never being tested by a decent 125+ fighter, I can live with people saying pac will outbox hatton so long as they temper it by saying pac might not be able to cope with the higher weights.

But to say Hatton has no chance is ******ed, I give him more chance of beating Pac than I did of beating Tzsyu.

Pac doesn't hit as hard as Tzsyu.

Pac has never taken the Punches Tzsyu had.

Pac is not a LWW fighter Tzsyu is a LWW legend.

Pac's 3 opposition 125+ include smaller weight fighters, journeymen and shot Oscar. the lower weigth fighter are HoF and great wins but that doesn't mean that pac can take the 140 weight.
i agree pakya is way overrated he has a good chance of losing to ricky, diaz was a 2nd rate fighter and delahoya is old shot and looked weak and overtrained against pakya, pak fights exactly the same mixing in a little movement here and there ,but overall i dont see any significant improvment if you put a top guy against aging or wimpy fighters of course hell look like he's getting better. i still think he lost both marquez fights ,he scored some impressive knockdowns but overall was outpunched and outsmarted.the compubox doesnt lie pakya threw more and landed less in both fights ,its hit and not get hit not land some good shots and get your ass kicked the rest of the fight.,pak won some battles but overall lost the war with jmm.crappy dec. second fight.pacnuts are underestimating hatton at their own peril, malinaggi just as fast and a bigger guy,he gave cotto lots of trouble.and ricky took him apart.pakyas last solid win is barrera all the other wins were old guys ,shot guys 2nd rate guys ,shoddy decisions.pakya way overrated hes a promotion ,hes great no doubt but ,not like the pacnuts think getting way too much credit.
