    Ok once i get to benching 225 i am going into full boxing triaining....

    what workout should i do going for power and finesse and i will work out as many days of the week if necessary what should i do i have the heavy bag and the speed bag, jump rope, gloves and i can spar what should i do

            just to let you know incase you dont already, weight lifting does not improve power nor does it give you explosive energy, hammer & tyre exercises and the like to.

              what is the hammer adn tyre exercises because no i didn't know that about the weight part

                hitting a tyre with a sledgehammer, very hard work. an old school boxing training regime.

                fighters like kelly pavlik use it today.
