Your opinion of David Diaz is irrelevant to the quote you are replying to. I was merely stating what Diaz said of Pacquiao's power, not bulling him up to be an elite fighter. I don't believe he is a "bum" either. There is no need to be disrespectful.

Doubt all you want about Pacquiao's ability to hurt welterweights. Does that mean there are no welterweights he cannot beat? Of course not. It's about styles. Pacquiao does not need to be a power punching monster to win fights.

marquez has an argument and barrera was comin off of just finding out he head something wrong with his head but chose to fight any way, what about manny's excuse for losing to erik and why fight erik in a rematch where he looks sic and dehydrated

so you basically saying pac poesn't deserve no credit for his accomplishments. pac beat them all fair and square. they agreed to fight and they lost. hindsight is a beautifull thing for all you haters.

this shows a lack of class on oscars part.... it just seems like he's trying to give hatton a little motavation by saying that pac doesnt hit hard, implying that richy shouldnt be worried about getting caught while comming in.

De la Hoya's never been KO'ed except with a body shot. The fight should've been stopped by the ref in the 7th because he was just taking a beating and hardly threw a worthwhile punch. He almost went down in the last few seconds of the 8th had the ropes not held him up. At last he quit in full view of the camera with one side of his face all swollen up. Now he adds that he hurt Pac in the 1st round when Pac didn't even lose his stride and was all over him like a cheap suit for 8 rounds.

Anyway, I expected these excuses from Oscar even if it took him a couple of months since that total beat down to finally break his silence.

Oscar may have healed physically, but the psychological/ mental beating he took from Pacuqiao will last a lot longer.

I agree he'll be messed up for a while because of this. As for pacman not hitting hard, well he may not be that hard of a hitter up at welterweight and thats pretty much expected since its way above his natural weight class. The problem with Manny is that hes so fast and he will through a lot of punches that will eventually add up.
