De La Hoya lost respect for me. All he was talking about in his Camp was "i feel Stronger, Younger, and Faster then ever," and blah blah blah. How he was weighing 145 early on. How this and that. Then he gets smacked up by little manny, and then says he felt like a ZOMBIE, He couldn't move, and all that ****.
De La Hoya been in the ring with many GREAT Fighter Hopkins, Mosely, Trinidad, Gatti, Mayweather, etc.
But out of all those fights, i never seen his Face look like that. His face tells the story of the fight. Manny's one punch power is really at featherweight and below. he isn't the biggest puncher at 135-147, but if he constantly hits you, then you will start feeling it in the mid and late rounds. He did the same thing to DLH like he did to Diaz. He just hits his target, then goes in and out. as the fights goes Manny gets stronger and stronger each round.

If you watch the fight over, in the 1st round. Manny hits him with 2 straight lefts, and i think Emanuel says, OSCARS FACE IS ALREADY RED FROM THOSE TWO PUNCHES.

Oscar is a ***** with no notable victories. I've always thought the term 'true mexican warrior' was an oxymoron, and this only proves it to me. Oscar needs to watch the tape again. Pac took his foot 'OFF' the gas when he had you flinching and in the fetal position and still made you uncle. Before the fight, Oscar: "This is the best I've ever felt." After the fight (2 months later), "I felt like a Zombie." Which is it? If Oscar is tough, demand a rematch!


Against Mayweather's, Oscar goes the distance, then goes home and watches Entourage.
Against Pac, Oscar goes to the hospital.

whatever happened to being graciouse in defeat, whenever pac beats a top mexican, their is so many excuses e.g. barrera, problems with training, marquez, i thought i won, fight was close could go either way, now delahoya. the only mexican i respect was morales, admit he got beat by the better man. period.
