I hope he isn't one of those fighters who hits his 30s, deteriorates and then thinks "****, i just completely wasted what could have been one hell of a career". I think Bika would still take the fight he's a beter fighter now then when he was his sparring partner and they both have belts. Green fight would sell because its his best opposition since Calzaghe.

I dont know if Bika has improved since 2007 but maybe he has.

Green for sure would not be a big deal over here as he's an unknown commodity. I cannot say if the fight is worth a nice sum in GB and the US.

Bika has improved a bit imo, and was always underated a bit. He'd give Froch, Andrade, or Bute a close enough fight.

I pretty much agree with this. The clock is ticking and the Palles have failed to land the fights that Kessler's talent deserves.

As I've posted before, rumour has it that Kessler has an agreement with german Team Sauerland to take over his contract once his dispute with Palle is over.

I don't know if I think Sauerland is for the better or for the worse.

Are you saying he hasn't a least tried to get the big fights? Last year he visited the US and made offers to no less than six top fighters. None of them would take him up on the offers, unfortunately.

People complain that he isn't fighting anyone, but they appear not to understand that there are politics involved here. It's not so simple as "he isn't fighting the big fights, therefore he's a nobody", like some people suggest. By the sound of it, MK is being severely limited by Palle, I guess because Palle he wants to protect his cash cow and will not put him in risky fights. Kessler doesn't want this, hence the reason he's trying to escape from the contract -- so he can fight the best and prove to everyone that he's a very good fighter who deserves to be taken seriously.

If you can understand this, then there's no reason to knock Kessler.

Frankly, I find this quite bizarre. I guess I must have truly hurt your feelings somewhere down the line because you've become like a stalker who only posts about either me or Joe Calzaghe. This has been happening since last year, and you appear to be obsessed with both of us.

If you'd take the time to open your mind for a change you might actually find I'm a fair and objective poster who admits that Calzaghe isn't perfect, but that he has flaws. I'm actually nothing like a fanboy at all. Oddly enough, you seem to be more of a fanboy than I am, considering that your name is "xfiles". Clearly, you come across as a Hopkins fanboy. If my name was "CalzagheFiles" you might actually have a point. As it stands, you don't, and not only that, but you're a stalking troll. Those are possibly the worst kind of forum posters around.
