There's so much sarcasm in your post I can never tell which is legit and which isn't. But if you think Pavlik is championship level over guys like Hopkins and Wright, I would call you downright loco.
To clarify - bear in mind that I picked Hopkins to beat Moby - then I mean that Moby is championship level in the current standing of the middleweight division.
For his last few middleweight fights (Eastman onwards) I thought Hopkins looked dreadful... really drained, having to "steal" rounds and only throwing a few punches per round. The move up to LHW really rejuvinated him.
And Wanky Wrong... Wanky's a favourite of mine and a good boxer, but he's not a middleweight.
There are a few things you do know tho-he has the reflexes of a pregnant yak and defensive abilities similar to the illegitimate son of Gatti and Margarito.

Even though I think Froch's reflexes are pretty good (and his chin - so far- has been able to take up most of the slack) I did still LOL at your description.
How many Froch fights have you seen btw? Although he always has questionable basics (the left the most obvious) his last fight was a virtue out of bad boxing. By making it a barroom brawl and discarding any pretence at boxing he looked **** but delighted audiences who hadn't seen him (in the UK) before.
Your Taylor pick (and I nearly went for him myself)... how confident are you? I don't feel confident in either choice.
I'm very confident in the Taylor win I'm trying to force myself to believe the Taylor KO because I know that if it happens i'll feel like **** for not trusting my gut on it. I have to say my only real experience with Froch was the Pascal fight, a piece of some other fight(can't remember which) and youtube highlight clips. Folks occasionally underrate Taylor b/c his athleticism is so exceptional and he's ultimately been unable to really utilize it properly. At the end of the day though he is IMO an elite fighter. Froch is still more of a mystery to me(he may crash the elite in his next fight or he may reveal himself to be B-level) I do think the fight will be really exciting though b/c Froch is there to be hit, he also will always be a threat to knock Taylor out even if he's behind on the cards late.. and Taylor tends to fade in the later rounds which makes him even more suseptible to danger against big punchers.
Froch is the man. Noone picks the former undisupted Middleweight champion for their first title defence. Noone keeps calling him out, forcing him to fight. Knowing that a loss can cripple future earnings.
Carl is the man. Haye and Froch are the way forward.
Even though this guy's partly goofing, this is one thing I have to say about Froch and Haye... even if they get spanked like a pair of ginger haired cripples with special needs, no one can deny that they want to fight the best out there. Good on 'em I say.

I would take Winky over Pavlik in a heartbeat, now or then
