Joe Calzaghe beat Hopkins fair and square by outhustling him and fighting in a much better, cleaner style. Roy Jones was out of his loop in the ring against Joe, and got his ass whooped.

I have no problems admitting what is the TRUTH, I'm not one of the Hopkins fans who come in here saying he got robbed, to be honest that fight was a cagey and ugly, and I don't have it in my collection for that very reason, same with Hopkins and Winky's fight.

I have prided myself with being an unbiased poster sicne I came here, yes I've had my fanboy moments, but who hasn't? Everybody deserves a few, I gave Joe his props after he beat Hopkins cause he deserved it, but I cannot stand when people make a decision on how I think by looking at my avatar and signiature. I'm not WLAD OWNS, who walks around thinking that Zeus would get beat the **** down by Wlad Klitschko.

That is all, thank you for your time

You are incredibly delusional. Calzaghe would have no trouble at all with those 2.
I'm sure you could ask anyone on here who isn't a Joe Calzaghe Stan whether they think it's more logical that Calzaghe gets whooped by both of them, or if Calzaghe whoops both of them, and at LEAST 90% will side with me.

It's extremely delusional to think Calzaghe walks through Marvin Hagler and Thomas Hearns like they're ****ing Jeff Lacy.

maybe so but the history books are gonna say he lost the fight and no1 will remember how there faces were after

Calzaghe beats Hagler, MIGHT beat Hearns if he makes it past 4, but doesn't beat SRL. Hagler had workrate issues noticeable against Leonard and his draw against Antuofermo. Hearns is a frontrunner...but Ray Leonard beats Calzaghe in my opinion.

I am defo with you on Hagler but as much as I love Tommy it is one hell of a tough fight for him. He was nowhere near as effective at 160+ and I would have to pick Joe to beat him unfortunately. No way Joe beats Marvin IMO though. No ***n way.

First off Calzaghe naturally weighs more than all those fighters 20+ lbs on some of them so to say he beats them all isnt that big of a deal. Second just because Benn is a former boxer doesnt make his opinion mean ****. Gatti thought he could beat Mayweather and look how that turned out. I think Calzaghe has a good chance against all except Hagler. Im not sayin Calzaghe slaps but hes not Tommy Hearns either.

How dare he say Calzaghe would have beaten Tommy Hearns. This thread should be deleted. No-one deserves to read filth like this.

The Hagler that fought Antufermo first time round was so far from a prime Marvin it isn't funny.
