ya no what maybe i shouldnt but theres way to many biased ppl on here who hate fighters for where they were born if joe was american it would be a different tune or if he had lost to hopkins of lacy or anyone else it would be a different story give they guy some credit he beat some bloody good fighters and you cant say there not good because they actually got to challenge for titles and prime or not a good boxer isnt gonna forget how to box just cos hes older i dont see anyone in this forum fighting for a title and untill you have you cant say the ppl he beat are bad fighters maybe joe its just that good maybe hes not but iff ppl in the boxing world considered some of the ppl to be elite then in my eyes someone whos in and around the sport 24/7s opinion is better than that of someone whos just a big fan .... i think maybe they no the sport a little bit more

Sorry dude, Hops wasn't close to his prime. Watch him in 1999, 2000...2001...that was his prime...and that was a long time ago.

Forget about Calzaghe, but the 43 year old Hopkins beats the 99-2001 versions. His body is still holding out and his tricks have got better.
