I am no Calzaghe fan but he does have one quality win vs Kessler.

Obviously the closest is the Kessler fight. No doubt that was a prime Mikkel.

I am a fan of Kessler but if his career ended right now there is no way he could be classified as an elite fighter. Wins over Mundine, Andrade and Beyer do not warrant that status. He definately has the talent and potential to become an elite over the next few years, but whether he takes and wins the fights that would be necessary for him to achieve that are another matter. Put it this way, beating Mads Larsen does not help him.
