Caught in act. You're just a xenophobe pure and simple. Nothing to do with Calzaghe really, even if you hate him the most. You just have to be an alt or a complete cretin. No one can justify saying that Froch fighting Pascal was a joke fight, considering that Froch just didn't/doesn't have the name recognition to get anyone better and considering that they were the mandatories for the belt once Taylor bitched out. Go fuck off back under your rock you illiterate piece of shit and take your opinions or baits with you. I shouldn't have to read your pathetic typings.

I'm disapointed with this fight. All the top guys at SMW are european with belts and winnable for Taylor. What does he do, he needlessly fights Lacy when he coulda fought for a belt vs Froch. He could land any other top SMW aswell like Froch now for the belt, or even Kessler or Bute, but he fights another American fighter locally, much less meaningful in the grand scheme of things. It seems like he's stalling.

Taylor has never fought out side America, and 7 of his last 8 bouts were against fellow Americans.

When's he going to face a non American, where all the top SMW's are, and when's he actually going to fight for a belt?

Taylor claimed he wanted to win a title at SMW. Guess he was talking bull****.

Hennessey offered Taylor $1.4 million to fight Froch in Nottingham. Showtime have covered fights in the UK before (Mitchell vs Calzaghe) so why not this one?

          It all stinks.

I'll be very interested to see how much Taylor earns from this nonsense fight with Green.

If Green wasn't American nobody would give a **** about him. His resume is absolute dog****.

After Taylor, the two Andre's ( Dirrell and Ward) are respectively ranked 2 and 3 in WBC's rankings.

How does anybody fancy their chances against Froch? Too early for a title shot you think? I'd give Dirrell the stronger chance then Ward, but Carl should beat both and will help with the US exposure.

This would only be Jermain's third super middleweight fight. A little early to be bashing him, wouldn't you say? Have we forgotten he was at 160 up until last year? A weight where he fought Bernard Hopkins in, what, his 20th fight? And fought Ouma, Winky, Pavlik, etc. No reason to think he'll do something different at this weight.

I'm not a huge fan of Jermain - never really have been. I thought he lost the first fight to Hopkins handily. I was, however, impressed with his performance in the rematch and scored that bout a draw. I thought Pavlik would kill him the first time they fought and that's essentially what happened. But Jermain really, really impressed me in that rematch. That fight gets overlooked even though it could have gone either way or, at the very least, was a close affair.

I don't know how many more bouts Jermain has left or whether he can beat anyone at these top weights. I'd love to see him and Kessler get it on and I hope Showtime or whoever chases that. But regardless I think his track record should allow him the benefit of the doubt as far as making the good fights.

Green sucks - I remember his fight with Miranda. He's definitely not better than Froch - Taylor's taking him for an easier fight.

I'm wondering who will have a title shot at Froch now? If he doesn't have a mandatory, he should have a unification fight with Kessler or Balzsay.

I'm disappointed in Taylor, he seems to be fighting those that offer him the most money.

What's wrong with the super middleweight division? So much talent but they don't fight each other, Taylor seemed like the savior, but he's the worst. Kessler is being mismanaged, no one cares about Froch (I don't know why), Bute seems to be glued to the Canadian soil and Taylor fights guys who doesn't deserve it.
