Ok heres a list of fighters who are ATGs at 140 and I know your a great Boxing analyst

The way he fought against Angott was pretty surprising, he kept his hands down like Ali, taunted Angott and threw quick combinations with only his left hand, even faster than at MW.

There's only about 5 minutes available of the fight though, I think. It was from 1942.
Theres the Angott fight? I've searched all over for that fight. I've really wanted to see that, I've seen alot of Robinsons fights but the ones at Welter elude me.

If you could point me in the direction of the angott fight I would be very grateful

Mayweather @ 130 Superfeatherweight vs. anybody in history he would win

Mayweather is Considered the Greatest Ever at 130 by almost everybody.
Boxrec.com Has also RATED Mayweather the TOP 130 Pounder Ever Too:
        http://www.boxrec.com/ratings.php?co...us=E&SUBMIT=Go
HERE IS WHY ALMOST EVERYBODY CONSIDERS MAYWEATHER THE GREATEST FIGHTER EVER AT 130:
        Mayweather clean out 130.

        130: Super Featherweight

The Top Four Recognized Fighters Were:

        Genaro Hernandez
        Angel Manfredy
        Roberto Garcia
        Diego Corrales

At Mayweather First Division at 130,He Dominated the Division.
He was Knocking out all top Contenders.
        • To the Point that after only 2 years turning PRO He was ranked 8th On the P4P List and Number 1 in his Division

        http://www.boxrec.com/media/index.ph..._Ratings:_1998

He Fought Genaro Hernandez who was 38-1-1 2 time World Champion. And The Reigning WBC world Champion. And The Ring Magazine Recognize World Champion of The Division.Who only Lost came from Oscar De La Hoya in which Oscar broke his in several places. .Which Happen 3 years Earlier

In that Fight Floyd Dominated the Recognize Champion at 130. and Officially Became
        • The WBC world Champion at 21 years old and 17 fights.
        ...
not no international or state or any other bull**** title, but The Official Recognize WBC world Champion at 21 years old. And Now Recognize as The Ring Magazine number # 1 fighter in the division at 21 years old
and #8 on P4P list out of all the fighters in the world.

His Next Fight right After that Fight,Mayweather beat the guy who was RANKED number #4 ( Angel Manfredy) , And In that fight Mayweather Knocks Him Out in the 2nd.Round.

Now Mayweather had now beaten 2 out of the top 4 fighters in the 130 division. all before the age Of 22.And the 3rd of those 4 fighters was
        • (Roberto Garcia who was 31-0 with 23 Knock Outs.)

And Floyd was about to fight Roberto Garcia, but Roberto Garcia decided to fight Knock Out Artist and Another P4P Phenomenal fighter in Diego Corrales.. Who out of 33 fights to that Point. only 5 fighters didnt get Knock Out.

Roberto Garcia was knock out in the 7th Round by Corrales. Now Instead of Floyd Fighting Roberto Garica, he nows finds himself in the position
of fighting the #5 Pound 4 Pound fighter in the sport, and then #1 fighter at 130...Diego Corrales.

and In that Fight Floyd was a 2 to 1 Underdog, to not only lose to Corrales. But to get Knock out.

Floyd fights Corrales, The #5 P4P fighter in the sport and #1 fighter in the division, and in the fight compellingly outclassed
and Knocks out Diego Corrales in a 10 round 1 sided fight.

After that Floyd Completely Clean out the 130 Division with 8 title defenses, with 6 of those fights ending in Knock out.
        • Floyd at 130 now can not get a big name fighter to fight him from Featherweight to Lightweight.

NOBODY..and when big name fighters did get approach about fighting Mayweather, they either demand a 55-45 split, or didnt return the call. So Floyd started calling out all the big names Shane Mosely, Oscar De La Hoya, everybody.
But Nobody wanted to fight. So instead of staying at 130 where no other big names will fight him at. He moves Up.

And his first fight was against the number # 1 guy at 135 JLC.

Agreed. He would have been a force in any era, if not outright dominant.

At cruiserweight I don't think there is a question no one beats Evander Holyfield.
Dempsey and Marciano would fall under cruiserweight standards had the division been around in their era's. I think they are both capable of beating Evander. as is, Evander is the best though.

At light heavyweight and middleweight both I would go with prime Roy Jones jr, he did things I never even seen Robinson attempt. Stylistically Bob Foster gives Roy fits at light heavyweight.
Foster, Charles, Tunney, Monzon, Hagler and Hopkins I all give a very good chance of beating Jones at those two respective weights.

At welterweight id like to say Cotto, but I don't think now he would have the fortitude or mental toughness it would take to hang in there. I'm not going to take Manny just because I have not seen enough of him at welter although he would give most of them a run for their money. At welterweight I'm going to go with Floyd Mayweather, I think he would fare better against the welterweights of old then he would against some of the current like Mosley,Cotto or Pacquiao. But Mayweather's slickness and speed would be hard for the less polished greats of old to hit cleanly and effectively. The big problem with Mayweather is we have not seen his resiliency, he has never been pushed to the limit, never had to dig deep to come back and win..and that's really where you separate the men from the boys.
Floyd has shown me nothing at welterweight to make me believe he could beat the best. Robinson, Leonard, Hearns, Basilio, Walker and even DLH beat him at that weight.

at Lightweight I will take Mosley hands down, he was untouchable, he may have been the fastest lightweight and the hardest hitting with a granite chin. Sugar Shane at lightweight just does not lose.
Duran, Gans, Whitaker, Leonard, Ortiz, Williams and others would all have a very good shot of beating him at that weight. Shane was never really tested there.

Below lightweight there is no real fighter who stands head n shoulders above his peers. It seems to go back n forth right now with no one stepping onto the big stage and standing out from the crowd. At least not enough that I would prematurely pick them to beat the all time greats.
At 130 You can go with Mayweather, but he would be challenged by Arguello and Chavez.

at 122 there is Israel Vasquez, though I think he gets beat by Gomez, Morales, Barrera and some others

Roy Jones Jr. at his peak against these guys.

            Sugar Ray Robinson
            Marvin Hagler
            Carlos Monzon
            Bob Fitzsimmons

He has already dealt with Hopkins and Toney. Does he beat these guys?

I can't say much about Bruno Arcari. It's quite impressive that his only two losses were early in his career due to injuries, but he never fought the big names.

I believe Antonio Cervantes should be included in that list, although he is mostly known for his losses to Pryor and 17 year old Benitez. Very solid champion who fought the best.

Benitez was pretty green as a LWW although he was a phenom, he let Bruce Curry hit him with flush punches and was nearly knocked out. He looked very disciplined against Cervantes though.

Locche could outbox anyone although he had next to no power. I think he may have been able to outpoint all of them.

What About Audley Harrison at Heavyweight?

In his prime he was an animal.

Thats why I didn't put Cervantes on there because Pryor already beat him even though it was a faded version of Cervantes.

Any if you can point me toward the Robinson-Angott video when I get my next interest (tommorow) i'll give you 100k
