I hope you're talking about Louie Armstrong because Pacs accomplishments are no where near Henry Armstrong's. When Pac holds three undisputed titles in three different weight classes at the same time, get back to me.

I must have missed this one along the way. Im a Pac fan, but no way does he, and most likely will his accomplishments ever equal that of Armstrong. I'd like to see it from ant fighter, but in this day and age with more titles, more divisions and fighters fighting less often.....I seriously doubt it will happen.

Manny Pacquiao has won his last 3 fights. Added to his already impressive resume are 2009 wins over Hatton, Mayweather and Cotto.

He is in a press conference announcing his retirement.

With this scenario, in your opinion, is he the Fighter of the Decade?
